The RS140 is a continuous rotary band sealer that will seal a wide range of plastic bag materials such as nylon, polypropylene, laminates, tyvek/polyester and foil at a high speed and utilizes a 2" rotary blade to trim off the top of each bag. Our unique height adjustable stand with locking casters makes it easy to adapt to various bags sizes.

Designed

The sealer is designed with a 5" heating and 5" cooling zone which makes it effective for sealing difficult materials. Temperature and speed can be easily adjusted to acquire the right seal. Temperature range up to 200ºC and variable speed controller up to 600 inches per minute.

Delivers

The RS140 delivers seals with the use of special heavy duty wear-tear resistant PTFE laminated Teflon bands. The variable speed sealing head and variable speed lower conveyor makes it easy to synchronize speed.

Directions

This sealer is available in left to right or right to left feeding direction and comes with a 1/4" standard seal width (1/8",1/4",3/8" and 7/16" seal width are also available).
