The DIENST horizontal cartoning system is a top-of-the-range model that automates the process of filling and closing pre-glued folding cartons while meeting the highest demands in terms of format variety, short set-up times and reliable machine availability.

The design of the horizontal cartoner allows high cycle rates while handling the products gently.

In the process sequence, the dimensionally stable or flexible products are fed from an adjustable cassette conveyor parallel to the folding carton transport and are cartoned by insertion systems. The filled cartons are sealed with hot glue or a tuck-in closure and coded if required.

DIENST Top Load solutions are designed for the process of erecting, filling and closing trays and boxes of different packaging material qualities and shapes.

In the erector, the blanks are pulled out of the magazine by a swivel arm, transported to the erecting head, where they are formed into the desired shape and fed to the filling position as a box.

Folding cartons are filled manually, continuously or by fully automated robots. The modularized system allows for subsequent extensions.

The closing systems are designed for continuous sealing of adhesive and push-in closures, as well as coding.

 The DIENST end-of-line solutions can process all common carton types, such as American case, wrap-around carton, tray with or without lid, etc. The entire packaging process of the DIENST end-of-line packaging system is designed as a fully automatic solution. The products are put together to form the desired packaging unit and inserted into the machine-opened cartons. Once the packaging units have been inserted, the outer cartons are closed and coded if required.
